ATTENTION COMRADES ---------- MEMBERSHIP REVERIFICATION

ALL OF OUR COMRADES HAVE ALREADY BEEN COMMUNICATED REGARDING THE ORDER AND PROCESS OF MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION.  CIRCLE UNION IS SENDING THE ORDER TO ALL DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES.

     THE LAST DATE IS 26th APRIL 2010, AND THE DECLARATION FORMS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEADS, NOT TO THE D.D.O. ALONGWITH 5 COPIES OF LIST OF MEMBERSHIP.

              The forms are given in the All India websites. We have received certain complaints from some divisions reporting problems in downloading or printing. Therefore, we are giving links below to download the forms with guidelines regarding how to print it.

     PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY THE DOWNLOADED FORMS HAVING SIGNATURE OF DDG (SR) dtd 18.02.2010 ARE TO BE USED. SO PLEASE GET ONE PRINTOUT AND USE XEROX COPIES.

Go to file menu, click on 'Print Preview'. Click on 'Print' button in the preview window.

Download it to your computer by clicking on the Download button at the top left side corner. Open the saved file (will require Acrobat Reader to be installed in your computer) and print it.
