Successfully Completed the Circle Zonal Convention of Presidency Zone at Ranaghat HPO.

       Zonal convention of Presidency Zone of AIPEU, Gr. “C”, Postman & MTS, GDS, SBCO and Part time contingent paid workers, West Bengal Circle held on 24^th July’2016 at Ranaghat HPO jointly.  Com Ashoke Mondal, President, Part time contingent paid workers union, Nadia South Dn., Com Gopal Dutta, Secretary, AIPEU, GR. “C”, Nadia North Dn, Com Bikash Ghosh, zonal convenor, Presidency Zone and Nagen Sardar, Asstt. Circle Secretary,  AIPEU, GDS  presided over the meeting.

      105 comrades including 5 women comrades and 15 Circle office bearers are present in the Zonal Convention from different divisions of this zone. After hoisting Red flag and garlanding matyrs’ Colum meeting started at about 11.30 AM.  Com Tapan Dasgupta, Convenor, 12^th July Committee inaugurated the convention. 16 Comrades (out of 105) took part in discussion over the draft paper placed before the house by the Zonal Convenors. Discussions/suggestions/proposals of the comrades were unique and fitted with present situation.

     Com Annwesha Biswas, Circle Secretary, AIPEU, Gr. “C”, West Bengal Circle replied nicely all the points/queries raised by Comrades. Com Sukumar Mondal, President, AIPEU, Postman & MTS, West Bengal Circle, Com Tapan Bharati, Financial Secretary, AIPEU, GDS, West Bengal Circle, Com Goutam Kundugrami, Circle Secretry, Part time contingent paid workers, Com Sashwat Dutta, Member Postmaster Cadre and Com Gobinda Jana, Asstt. Circle Secretary, AIPSBCOE, West Bengal Circle delivered their valuable speech.
