The Circle Unions have finalised the dates, venues and guidelines for the meetings of the five zones of the Circle. Branch & Divisional Secretaries are requested to please make notes of the following and act accordingly.
1. HOWRAH ZONE :
- Divisions ==> Howrah, South Hooghly, North Hooghly, Burdwan, Asansol.
- Date ==> 10.01.2010.
- Venue ==> Sreerampore H.O.
2. PRESIDENCY ZONE :
- Divisions ==> North Presidency, South Presidency, Barasat, North Nadia, South Nadia, Murshidabad, Birbhum.
- Date ==> 17.01.2010.
- Venue ==> Krishnanagar H.O.
3. KOLKATA ZONE :
- Divisions ==> All Branch & Divisions of Kolkata.
- Date ==> 17.01.2010.
- Venue ==> Bowbazar P.O.
4. MIDNAPORE ZONE :
- Divisions ==> Contai, Tamluk, Medinipur, Bankura, Purulia.
- Date ==> 24.01.2010.
- Venue ==> Dak Shramik Bhavan, Oliganj, Medinipur.
5. NORTH BENGAL ZONE :
- Divisions ==> All Branch & Divisions of North Bengal.
- Date ==> 07.02.2010.
- Venue ==> Malda H.O.
******* GUIDELINES :
- Meetings will start sharp at 10:00 A.M.
- President / Secretary of each Branch / Divisional Unions (P-III, P-IV, ED, Part Time) under the zone will represent in the meeting.
- A report has to be submitted from each branch /division reflecting no. of membership, organisational situation, different fund collections, details of remitted quota to all tiers, no. of subscription to Sangrami Dak & Coordination. Report of the last biennial conference should also be brought.
- Our traditional tasks like hoisting of flag, garlanding the Martyr's stand should precede the meeting.
- Sincere efforts should be ensured from all concerned for success of the meeting. Emphasis must be given on the content of discussion. Zonal conveners will look after all necessities of proper arrangements. Circle Union Office Bearers will remain present in their respective zonal meetings.
- Host divisions will expedite invitation letters having road directions & transport.
