CIRCLE UNION CONVENES AN URGENT CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING

Group - C Circle Union has convened an urgent Working Committee Meeting of the Circle Office Bearers on 5th January 2010 at Tarapada Memorial Hall.

The notice of the meeting is given below.

NOTICE

It is hereby notified that a Circle Working Committee is convened on 5th January 2010, Tuesday, at Tarapada Memorial Hall at 10:00 A.M.

           The following agenda will be discussed in the meeting.

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC meeting.
2. Organisational review of the programs observed since the last CWC meeting.
3. Ensuing Circle Zonal Committee Meetings and our tasks.
4. Project Arrow Offices & D.E.T. ---- situation thereof and our standpoint.
5. Financial review.
6. Miscellaneous.

All Circle Office Bearers are requested to attend the meeting at the venue in time.
