OBSERVE  DEMONSTRATION  TODAY  AT ALL  DIVL  HQ  AND  SUBMIT  A  SAVINGRAM  DEMANDING  IMPLEMENTATION  OF  KAMALESH  CHANDRA  COMMITTEE 

    Comrades, as per the call of NFPE and AIPEU GDS-NFPE, we are observing a demonstration program today at all divisional headquarters and C.O. demanding implementation of positive and favourable recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee for revision of pay of GDS employees. We all know that  despite submission of the report on 24.11.2016, nothing effective has been done by the Govt. so far and it is confined within various red-tapes and official complications. Our demand today is implementation of the positive and favourable recommendations within 29th April 2017.
         The Circle Unions have decided to submit a savingram to the Secretary (Posts) and Chief PMG, W.B.Circle. The text of the savingram is given below. Please ensure its adoption and submission from today's program.
