All Divn. / Branch secretary are requested to clear all dues before Circle Conference and bring the required proforma report duly field up at Circle Conference.  

     Proforma regarding organizational review has already been sent to all Divn. / Branch through Speed Post. If any Divn. / Branch has not received then they may print out from website and to be submit at Circle Conference.
