Conversion to OPS from NPS for those recruited against the vacancies of 2002 & 2003, but selection process delayed due to administrative lapses

After endless struggle of some employees of West Bengal Circle who went to CAT KOLKATA Bench in 2021 and after issuance of favourable judgment of CAT KOLKATA Bench, NFPE  constantly pursuing it along with NJCM staff side. Good no employees will be benefited surely. However, our basic demand is Scrap NPS restore OPS for all for which our struggle against the Government will continue.
