All Divisional Secretaries/ Branch Secretaries of WB Circle are requested to attend the convention on 23rd, March in time along with problems and proposals of their own Division in written and requisite information in prescribed proforma as called by CHQ(Group-C), which are available in this web page dated 14-03-14. They are also requested to book their rail ticket in time for attending in workshop in New Delhi on 26 & 27 th May, 2014.
