PRESIDENCY  ZONAL  MEETING  ON  7th SEPTEMBET 2014  AT  BARUIPUR,  SOUTH  PRESIDENCY  DIVISION

  As per the decision of the Joint Extended Circle Working Committee Meeting on 12-13 July 2014, the Presidency Zonal Meeting of the Circle Unions will be held at Baruipur, South Presidency Division, on 7th September 2014, Sunday.

   The venue of the meeting is 'Dak Andolan Bhavan', Notunpara, Baruipur. It will start sharp at 10 A.M., before that lunch will be completed. There will be arrangements to stay in the night, those who are in requirement to stay have to inform in advance and they are requested to bring mosquito-nets. Beddings will be arranged by hosting unions.

   Route direction : Baruipur station from Sealdah South section by Baruipur / Diamond Harbour / Namkhana / Kakdwip / Laxmikantapur local (approx 45-50 minutes). Notun Para 'Bibek Sangher Math' by rickshaw from left side of station (fare Rs.15/-).
