CIRCLE UNION MEETS SELECTED P.A. CANDIDATES OF 2014 BATCH
Com. Janardan Majumder, Circle Secretary, speaking before the candidates
In a significant meet yesterday, the Group-C Circle Union, NFPE, has shared the opinions and views on the present halt imposed on the training and appointment of the successful P.A. candidates for the year 2014.
In the meeting, the Circle Union has candidly presented the information so far obtained and the inconsistent actions of West Bengal Circle Administration. On the other hand, the candidates have expressed their worries, agonies and disappointments over the hostility of the department.
From the part of the Circle Union it has been made clear that so far, there appears to be no threat of cancellation of panel. The possible solution to the situation, scope and provisions to combat it if the problem continues for a longer period ---- every detail was discussed from both sides. Further course of action (including involvement and persuasion from our All India Union in New Delhi) has also been decided and communicated, which will be announced shortly through our Divisional Leaders and this blog.
The huge presence and response from the candidates have made us more confident and determined. Despite some competitive exams like WB Civil Services, almost 100 candidates allotted to different divisions were present. From Postal Group-C Circle Union Comrades Janardan Majumder (Circle Secretary), Asit Bangabas, Bijan Chakraborty were present. Com. Sanjib Barua, Circle Secretary, All India Postal SBCO Employees Association (NFPE) was also present. Prominent Divisional Leaders like Comrades Adhir Das & Falguni Dutta (both from South Presidency Divn), Pinaki Mondal (Howrah), Jayanta Malakar (North Kolkata), Sourav Bhunia (East Kolkata), Parimal Ghosh (Central Kolkata), representatives of Divl Unions of Tamluk, South Hooghly were also among us to extend keen support to the candidates.
We request all candidates to please eradicate the panic environment and prepare to achieve your rights through the way of struggle with us. Please share the message of the meeting among all to make our future plans big success. You can always contact us at 9564889643 / 9474093841 / 9831209684.
