Successfully completed Divn. Conference of Postal Workers’ Union, Central Kolkata Divn. 

      Divn. Conference of Postal Workers’ Union, Central Kolkata Divn. has been completed successfully at Park Street HO on 24.06.2017. Com. Janardan Majumdar, Dy. General Secretary (CHQ) and Circle President, AIPEU, Gr. “C”, hoisted the Red flag of NFPE and Com. Paritosh Dutta, President, Postal Workers’ Union, Central Kolkata Divn. hoisted the Red flag of Postal Workers’ Union. Then leadership paid floral tribute and homage on martys’ Column.

     Com. Janardan Majumdar, Dy. General Secretary (CHQ) and Circle President, Gr. “C”. inaugurated the Conference. He nicely described the present problems and task of Postal worksers. Near about 75 comrades including 25 women were present in the Conference. Com. Goutam Kundugrami, Circle Secretary, PWU, Com. Gobinda Jana, Asstt. Circle Secretary, PWU, Com. Manoj Shaw, Financial Secretary, Gr. “C”, Com. Com. Jayanta Bagachi, Asstt. Treasurer, P – IV, Com. Lal Bahadur Patra, Divn. Secretary, Gr. “C”, Central Kolkata Divn., and Com. Dipak Basak, Divn. Secretary, P – IV, Central Kolkata Divn. were present in the Confernce. Com. Shib Sankar Roy, Divn. Secretary, Central Kolkata Divn. placed the draft Report before the conference and Com. Dulal Das, Treasurer also palced the accounts before the Conference. Com. Goutam Kundugrami, Com. Manoj Shaw, Com. Jayanta Bagchi, Com. Lal Bahadur Patra and Com. Dipak Basak also addressed the conference.

     Com. Paritosh Dutta, Com. Shib Sankar Roy and Com. Samir Chakraborty unanimously elected as President, Secretary and Treasurer respectively
