Successfully completed hunger fast program in every Divns / Branches of West Bengal Circle in support of 10^th day indefinite Strike of GDS. But Govt & Department are not ready to give a favourable assurance on the demand of GDS Unions i.e., implementation of GDS Committee Report.

Thousands and thousands of Branch Post Offices closed down in the country, rural postal system paralyzed in the villages from the last 10days.

The Postal Department is yet to realize to resolve the justified demand of its own vital work force in the rural areas.

But the participation of GDS in the strike increased day by day and continuing from its commencement ie., 22nd May.
