Hunger Fast programme is deferred for 15 days

Dear Comrades,

After continuous discussions between the Chief PMG/Regional PMGs of West Bengal Circle and our Circle Union leadership in the last couple of days towards settlement of our legitimate demands, it is decided today (24.05.2022) in the meeting of all Circle Unions (affiliated with NFPE) that the Hunger Fast programme which is scheduled to be held on 26th and 27th of May,2022 is deferred for 15 days.

The Chief PMG, West Bengal Circle has already taken initiatives and issued written instructions to all levels of administration after meeting with them for immediate settlement of our demands.

It is also decided in today's meeting that we will definitely go for Hunger Fast programme again if our demands are not resolved within the stipulated time.

We, on behalf of NFPE group of unions, convey revolutionary greetings and red salute to all the members and leaderships of our divisional unions for creating such an intense and effective atmosphere stirring the administration throughout the Circle.
