PROFORMA OF ORGANISATIONAL REPORT TO BE SUBMITTED BY BRANCH AND DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES IN ZONAL MEETINGS

Branch and Divisional Secretaries are requested to take a note of the following proforma and please submit it to the Circle Union during respective Zonal Meetings.

1. Sanctioned strength & physical strength in Group-C cadre in the Branch / Division.
2. No. of our membership and membership of other unions with percentage.
3. Residual vacancy from 2001 onwards yearwise.
4. Whether the branch / division fabricated the vacancy shown to Circle Office, if so, whether the branch / divisional union pursued it for rectification.
5. Total no. of LSG / HSG-II / HSG-I and status thereof.
6. Name(s) of Project Arrow office(s) and situation(s) there
   
7. No. of NREG accounts.
8. Status of quota submitted to all tiers of organisation and contribution to different funds (Dues should be paid during the meeting).
9. No. of subscribers to Sangrami Dak, Coordination and Bharatiya Post.
10. Any prominent issue having the potency for discussion in the meeting or needs to be taken up.
