As declared and scheduled by the Circle Union, among the candidates who are waiting appointment in PA cadre in the vacancies of 2011-12, 60 (sixty) attended in a discussion at Yogayog Bhavan yesterday. On behalf of Circle Union, Com. Somnath Goswami presided over the meeting and apart from Circle Secretary Com. Janardan Majumder, comrades Asit Bangabas, Manoj Shaw were present. Divl Secretary of Central Kolkata Divn Com. Lalbahadur Patra and Com. Bibhas Ghara were also present. 

       The situation has been discussed by the Circle Union and opinions were exchanged. Two main aspects which came out from the meeting were --- PVR is not complete in respect of a large number of candidates, so they would not get chance at present for in-house training. The second problem is that some divisions are not implementing the order of in-house training (dated 20.05.14) and raising different doubts which need clarification by the C.O.

     As the Chief PMG could not manage time to meet as scheduled earlier, telephonic discussion was done with him, DPS (HQ) and ADPS (Rectt) during this meeting. Chief PMG has kindly allotted a revised time on Monday at 5 P.M. Circle Union delegation will meet him on this issue. It has been finally decided that emphasis will be given so that Circle Administration persuades appropriate authority for prompt completion of PVR in all divisions, and the in-house training is also started everywhere in no time, abating all doubts and ambiguities.
