SAD DEMISE
Com. Barda Bhattacharya,former joint convener of 12th july committee, WB, Ex president and secretary of WB CGCC, Addl. Secretary General, All India Audit & Accounts Association and Veteran leader of Central Government Employees passed away today morning in Kolkata.
