2013-14 BATCH P.A. : JOINING ORDER ISSUED IN SIKKIM DIVISION UNDER WEST BENGAL CIRCLE

After Central Kolkata Division in Kolkata Region, Sikkim Division in North Bengal Region has issued in-house training order for remaining 9 days for their P.A. candidates of 2013-14 batch. Please note that the order has been issued by DPS, Gangtok, as in case of Sikkim, he is the Divl Head (not SSPOs or SPOs). our Divl Secretaries may now easily cite these two orders as references as one of these two has been issued by a Group-A officer and another one by an IPS.
We hope this should be sufficient to ensure other divisions that there is no more complication. Divl.Heads should now issue orders without further delay. Comrades please follow up and report circle union accordingly.

150+ candidates have already been joined in Gujarat circle out of 652 before the abeyance order and Gujarat circle is saying that higher authority may cancel the whole recruitment if they find more fraud candidates than they expect and same words have also been used by honourble director of vigilance Shri Dinesh Sharma so now my question is what about those who already have joined if the recruitment will be cancelled .... We are fighting against fraud candidates we don't want any single genuine candidates should be suffered because of the fraud so in that case what legal action we can take if department decide to cancel whole recruitment ?? ... According to Shri G.M.Taneja Adps(DE) recruitment won't be cancelled.. abyence will be revoked in remaining 5 circles once the investigation gets over but still we are anxious to know that what action we can take if recruitment will be cancelled?? ....
