30th APRIL --- 104 YEARS OF THE MUZAFFARPUR INCIDENT
On 30th April 1908, Khudiram Bose (in photo above in handcuff) and Prafulla Chaki threw bomb at Kingsford's Carriage in Muzaffarpur at about 8-30 P.M. when the carriage came out of the European Club.
Instead of Kingsford, Lady Kennedy & her daughter , who were in the carriage, were blown up.
Instead of Kingsford, Lady Kennedy & her daughter , who were in the carriage, were blown up.
We remember the great souls of Bengal, who sacrificed their lives following the incident, Prafulla Chaki by suicide and Khudiram by hanging in gallows by the British Empire, making him the youngest martyr of Indian Freedom Movement.
