ALL INDIA CONFERENCE – BOOKING OF RAILWAY TICKETS- HURRY UP.

Booking is  to be  started 4 months  advance i.e. from 6^th Nov,2012

All India conference of AIPEU, Group-C will be held on and from 10^th March- 12^th March, 2013 at Tribundrum, Kerala Circle. Delegates/ Observers will have to reach the venue positively by 9^th March, afternoon. Please ensure booking of Railway Tickets.

Date of journey, name of trains is as follows:-

If, Date of journey be- 6^th March, 2013. Name of trains- Chennai mail (12839)

If, Date of journey be- 7^th March,2012. Name of trains- Coromondal Express (12841)  - up to Chennai.

In both cases-

From Chennai- 8^th March by Trivandrum Mail(12623) or Anantapuri Express(16723).

Comrades of north Bengal may avail the same trains or the trains convenient to them.

Return tickets, in no circumstances should not be booked before 13^th March, 2013, afternoon.

Please intimate total no. of delegates & observers of each division to Circle Union.
