37th BIENNIAL CIRCLE  CONFERENCE  IS GOING  ON

     The circle conference has started with flying colours yesterday.  A colourful rally marched Suri town for an hour with slogans. Com. Pranab Bhattacharya inaugurated the conference in the open session. All General Secretaries addressed the huge gathering in the indoor stadium.
