Circle Union written to Ch PMG regarding issue instruction to all Divisional Head for granting of Special Casual Leave to all the delegates to attend 31^st All India Conference of AIPEU Gr. C to  be held from 6^th August’ 2017 to 8^th  August’ 2017 ( including transit ) at Freedom Park ,Gandhi  Nagar, Bangalore ( Karnataka). 

     All Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to apply in advance for granting of Spl. CL and intimate the Number of delegates and  date of reach at Bangalore.
