Please submit the fees of Rs.10/- at MPCM counter as UCR / IPO with the reason 'Fees for RTI Act', fill up the form (available at Complaints Branch of every Divl Office) & submit the query with the original UCR Receipt (retain xerox and receipted copies). You can also submit it in plain paper. Please sign your name with organisational designation (Secretary, AIPEU Gr-C, ....... Branch/Division). Address the Unit/ Divl Head with his designation and also as 'CPIO' (Central Public Information Officer). Please do not get confused if any local officer tries to convince you that unions cannot file RTI, we have learnt some of them discouraging RTI this way, but rest assured, they are bound to supply information to unions as per the Act.
